Trainer-Trainer Workshop

This year’s second trainer-trainer workshop will be held on 21 June (at 1.00 p.m.) in Room 505. The primary objective of these informal meetings is to exchange knowledge and to discuss highly topical professional issues with colleagues working at other institutions training translators and interpreters. This event will focus on the competence profile of specialised translators, and we are going to explore what skills specialist translators must have in order to be competitive on today’s translation market, and how subjects/curricula should be upgraded to develop these skills most effectively.
